The first open house we toured brought us to Pat Tiefenthaler. However, after comping across some hiccups, Pat stood by our side throughout the whole process and kept reassuring us we would find the right house to start our family in. Pat and his wife Pam always made sure to contact us right away and get us on the schedule for a house tour and vice versa when either my fiancé or I had found one to look at. Pat and Pam made our buying process as simple as can be and we’re with us every step of the way. Being first time home buyers, Pat treated us like his own kids and made sure to give us his honest opinion whenever he came across something concerning or that we asked about. We were selling our house in Arizona and relocating back to Sioux Falls for various reasons. We were not able to fly to Sioux Falls to look for a home and Pat and Pam did a personal video tour of the home with our friend present also. They heard our needs and delivered exactly what we wanted. We had a major hiccup two weeks prior to the move which landed Glenn in the hospital in Phoenix for 13.5 weeks. Pat and Pam gave us support during the entire time. I feel not only did we have dependable and trustworthy realtors, they have become lifetime friends.
